These types of stays are typically between 1-4 months and you can look forward to receiving 1.5 to 2 times more in rent than a traditional rental.

What We Provide
1. Furnish & Setup

If your property is not setup for a furnished monthly rental we will undertake the task of getting this done. We will furnish it, decorate it, and purchase necessary housewares within your specified budget. Then we will set everything up and make it ready to list.

2. Professional Rental Price Analysis

Knowing how much to rent out your property can be difficult especially when it is not a traditional rental. We use a comparative analysis approach, then add value for the convenience of renting property furnished with utilities included and for a shorter term than a traditional lease. We always price a property accordingly ensuring efficiency while maximizing the rental amount.

3. Online Syndication Marketing

Utilizing multiple furnished monthly rental websites provides targeted exposure. A separate listing will be published on each furnished monthly rental website and mobile application.

4. Diligent Inquiry & Guest Management

For best results, prospective tenants need to be responded to immediately and at all hours. We respond to inquiries as soon as they come in by messaging, calling, and texting them.

We will manage guest turnovers, attend to their needs during their extended stay, and perform move in/move out inspections between guests.

5. Communication & Reporting

One the most common complaints among landlords is the level communication property managers or leasing agents provide. Communication is paramount, especially when facing challenges or obstacles.

We maintain close communication with each individual landlord while managing their property. Landlords receive a monthly statement showing income and expenses for their specific property.

Property Management
All inclusive property management specifically for furnished monthly rentals. Includes listing it, renting it, guest services & turnovers, coordinating repairs, and move in/out inspections between guests.

Due to turn over frequency and higher workload we charge a flat $750 tenant placement fee and 12% of monthly rent collected.
