We use a comparative analysis approach as well as factor in current market trends to price your property accordingly ensuring efficiency while maximizing the rental amount.

  • Utilizing multiple real estate syndication networks maximizes exposure. A separate listing will be published on each real estate website and mobile application. 

  • These sites include Zillow, Hot Pads, Trulia, & Realtor.com

3.  Diligent Inquiry Management

  • For best results, prospective tenants need to be responded to immediately and at all hours. We respond to inquiries as soon as they come in by messaging, calling, and texting them and pre-screen all prospective tenants in the process

  • A rental property needs to be available to be shown to prospective tenants as soon as they are available to view it. Each showing will be handled professionally by a licensed agent which can save time and result in greater interest in the property.
